A Treasure That's Only Seven Words
A companion once heard the Prophet ﷺ tell him to say "la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" and called it a treasure from the treasures of Paradise — not a long ritual, not a demanding practice, just seven words available at any moment, in the middle of anything.
It's worth noticing how short it is. Not everything that matters requires more effort to add on top of an already full week. Sometimes what's needed is just a reminder, said quickly, that strength was borrowed the whole time.
