رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا
"Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us." — Surah Aal-e-Imran, 3:8

Guided Once Isn't Guided Forever
This dua comes right after the Qur'an describes people whose hearts are firm in knowledge. Even they are taught to ask for their hearts not to waver — as if being guided once was never assumed to be permanent without upkeep.
It's a quiet correction to the idea that motivation, once found, should just stay put on its own. Some weeks it needs to be asked for again. That's not a sign something's gone wrong — it's just what maintaining a hard path actually looks like.
